It's Been a MONTH!

You’ve dedicated one month to your new lifestyle, and you are establishing habits that will serve you for a lifetime. By now, your clothes should be fitting differently, you are gaining strength and self confidence, and your mood is greatly improved! All benefits of eating right and moving your body. Good for you!
Along with improving your health and your body, consider improving other areas of your life as well. We are a work in progress, and we can always get better - in our work, in our relationships, in our finances, and definitely in our attitudes!
What is one change you can put into practice this week? Here are some ideas:
This week, I will:
  • change negative thoughts to positive thoughts
  • not complain
  • do something to help one person every day
  • smile
  • genuinely compliment someone each day
  • spend 10 minutes a day reading the Bible
