Here's the plan. 

The 30/30 Challenge is free to anyone who wants to eat to get lean and get into the best shape and health of their lives! TAK (Today's Ass Kickin) is an intense workout that will kick your fat burning metabolism into high gear. Prepare to lose lots of fat, lots of inches and sculpt muscles in all the right places!

You can do this at home with your kids around - even if you don't have much equipment, and even if you're over the age of 40! Quit thinking there's a magic pill or that you have to join a gym to get fit! You have everything you need to change your life. You just need to do it. 

You won't be in front of your TV to TAK. It's not a follow-along. It's a 'make your plan and do it'! system. You'll fuel your body with REAL food and work out 6 days a week for 30 days. You'll work at your own pace, and even without weight at first, but you'll work hard!

The commitment:

  • Stay within your Calorie Deficit Level for the full 30 days! This might be a great time to use www.bodyfuelunlimited.com (or some other type of meal delivery program)
  • TAK! Yes, you will be very, very sore, and you may come up with all kinds of excuses to put off TAK until later. Schedule TAK into your day the night before and DO IT.

That's it. Eat right and work out. Simple. Alright.

Here's what you'll need:
  • TAK App 
  • Some Basic Equipment
  • A friend or 2 to do this with!
  • A 30 minute commitment per day for TAK/a 24 hour commitment per day for eating well!
The 30/30 Challenge is a 30 DAY Transformation Challenge. 
Goal - to burn fat, increase energy, strength and muscle tone in 30 days.
Fuel - You will eat clean for 30 days. Check out the Whole30. Also check out this great site for prepping your meals for the week!
Format - 30 Days of 30 Minute AMRAPs (AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible) AMRAPS are great for everyone - beginners to advanced athletes - because everyone works to the best of their ability.

TAK - Today's Ass Kickin

Each TAK consists of 6 different exercises that work a specific muscle group for that day. We rotate between Pushing, Legs, and Pulling days. There is enough time between the workouts for the muscles to recover and rebuild. The exercises are grouped into SETS of 2. For each set, you will do a 10 minute AMRAP. For instance,
7 Pull Ups
7 TRX Rows
7 Toe to Bar
7 DB Curls
7 Burpees
7 Wall Ball Sit Ups
In this TAK, you would set your countdown timer for 10 minutes and do As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes of 7 Pull Ups and 7 TRX Rows, then you would do As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes of 7 Toe to Bar and 7 DB Curls, and the you would do As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes of 7 Burpees and 7 Wall Ball Sit Ups.
Each exercise in these daily TAKs gets 7 reps each, unless otherwise noted, and there are only 60 seconds of rest between each set. 


Check your TAK APP Sunday night for your first workout on Monday and plan it into your day!
