Need a great keto recipe with chicken?
I'm not a blogger. I won't make you read a long story about the origins of this recipe or my feelings about it.
Here's a yummy chicken recipe:
24 oz. Chicken breasts
1 Vidalia Onion
Salt & Pepper
5 oz. Publix Cream Cheese
1 Cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
12 oz. Sargento Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
1 Cup Veganaise
12 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
10 oz. Fresh Baby Spinach
1) Cook chicken in a pan in oil with onion and salt & pepper until almost done. Cut it up and place in pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
2) While it's cooking, mix up the second set of ingredients in a bowl.
3) Wilt spinach in pan and then mix into the bowl in step 2.
4) Spread the mixture over the chicken and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
